Meet Morgan Simone, our accomplished General Manager with nearly 7 years of expertise in the food and beverage sector.

With a deep passion for Bourbon, Whiskey, and Scotch, Morgan delights in assisting customers in discovering their new favorite drink. Currently, her top pick from our menu is the Forest & Flame, a masterfully mixed drink that reimagines the old fashioned with house-made maple-rosemary syrup, Sazerac rye, and bitters, served in a smoked glass with a fragrant sprig of rosemary.
Carrie Nation was a woman who did not mess around. Armed with a hatchet and a righteous cause, she famously smashed up saloons across Kansas in the early 1900s, including right here in Leavenworth.
A prohibitionist ahead of her time, she believed in her convictions so fiercely she was willing to go to jail for them. We figured the best way to honor that kind of fearless spirit was to build the finest bar she never got to destroy.
