Meet Morgan, Our General Manager
Meet Morgan Simone, our accomplished General Manager with nearly 7 years of expertise in the food and beverage sector.
With a deep passion for Bourbon, Whiskey, and Scotch, Morgan delights in assisting customers in discovering their new favorite drink. Currently, her top pick from our menu is the Forest & Flame, a masterfully mixed drink that reimagines the old fashioned with house-made maple-rosemary syrup, Sazerac rye, and bitters, served in a smoked glass with a fragrant sprig of rosemary.
Carrie Nation was armed with a righteous cause when she first smashed a bar in Kiowa, Kansas. As she began her crusade and took up a hatchet, she became widely known for her “hatchetations,” smashing up saloons across Kansas at the turn of the 20th century before her death in Leavenworth in 1911.
While Carrie believed alcohol to be divisive, and bars to be places that destroyed good men’s souls, we believe the opposite. A good bar is a place where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and build community. Whether it’s a good whiskey, cocktail, or a temperance selection, we believe that hospitality done right can bring people together.
